1. Definitions

2. Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for complete orders. Partial returns are not permitted.
Return Initiation: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 2 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: A clear unboxing/box opening video and photographs of the product(s) at the time of opening the parcel are mandatory for any return or refund request. These are required as proof to process your claim.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and inclusions.
Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
3. Refunds
Refund Credits: Approved refunds will be processed as credits to your customer wallet on our website/app. Wallet credits can be utilized for future purchases; no cash or bank refunds will be issued.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of your return for processing of your wallet credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, custom-made, clearance, and “final sale” items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect.
4. Shipping Charges for Returns
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Naarivya will bear the return shipping charges. Contact us within 2 days of delivery, providing your box opening video and photos.
Other Returns: For returns for any reason other than defect, damage, or incorrect product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Return Window & Conditions
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of order delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same unused condition as received, with original packaging, tags, invoices, and any accessories.

Shipping Responsibility:
You are responsible for the safe and timely return of goods (except for defective/incorrect items).

We cannot process refunds for goods not actually received at our return address or lacking valid proof of delivery.
6. Important Exclusions
Partial Returns: We do not accept returns for part of an order (i.e., only a few items out of multiple purchased).
Missing Evidence: Returns lacking a box opening video and required photographs will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.
Used, Altered, or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery, or that are returned without packaging/tags/accessories, are not eligible for a refund.
7. Legal Rights
Our Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable e-commerce rules.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
